When students enter the red doors of St. Anne's Episcopal School, they embark on an educational journey that lays the foundation for intellectual growth, a strong sense of character, sound moral judgement, and the courage to lead.
Our Arts program is integral to the student experience and serves as a daily source of visual and auditory inspiration.
Students of all grade levels participate in our spirited and rigorous physical education program. Our competitive interscholastic sports programs begin in 6th grade and emphasize team work, sportsmanship, and hard work.
Spirituality and Community
Here at St. Anne's we model and celebrate Christian teachings and traditions while honoring the beliefs and practices of other faiths. We explore the many ways to know God in religion classes and gather as a community for chapel every week. Each grade engages in community service, learning to instill our respect for the dignity of every human life.
Weekly electives are a very popular program in our Middle School. Students meet for an hour each Friday afternoon and have many choices. Some of our past elective offerings include chess club, ceramics, interior and fashion design, origami, squash, archery, fishing, community service, jewelry making, international cooking, dodgeball, badminton, science experiments, needlepoint, and roller coaster design.
Sharing time across the grades and connecting our youngest and oldest students is a popular programs at St. Anne’s. Every Lower School student is assigned to one or more Middle School “buddies” with whom they meet periodically for Connections to share a book, work on crafts, or play games inside or outdoors.
