Love animals?
Posted 01/26/2018 11:35AM

Do you have any used towels or blankets that you would like to donate? We have connected with members of the St. Andrew's community who work with stray animals such as raccoons and cats, trapping them and helping them to get vaccinated, spayed, and in some cases adopted into new homes. They are always in need of many towels for the traps to keep the animals sheltered from the elements. They also need blankets to give the animals extra warmth and protection when transporting them to the shelter, back to their dwelling in the woods, or to their new home.

If you are interested in donating a regular-sized bath towel or blanket to the cause, a large donation box is currently up outside Room 15 in the Middle School hallway. You can also connect with / drop it off to Ms. Lee. We will be collecting donations for the next few weeks, so thank you for considering a contribution to this cause!

The attached pictures are former stray cats who now have new homes! :)
