St. Anne's is happy to announce the return of limited hot lunch opportunities! We are partnering with local restaurants to offer selections two days per week, including the ever popular Pizza day which has been moved to Fridays!
As noted in our Family Handbook , St. Anne’s is a nut-aware school and does not permit any food with nuts in our dining room.
Pricing & Procedures
Lunch pricing and procedures for the 2021-22 school year follow:
- All lunches and milk must be pre-ordered, including Pizza Day.
- All orders are due six days prior to the lunch date. Late orders or missed order opportunities cannot be accommodated as the food is ordered from outside vendors to be made fresh for the students. Snacks and beverages are NOT included.

Ordering Meals
Starting Monday, May 9th, we are partnering with “School Eatery” to offer a hot lunch program for the remainder of this school year, Monday through Thursday. We will continue with our pizza lunch on Friday (ordered through Hot Lunch Online).
Please read the following if you would like to sign up for lunch:

Click ‘PARENT CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP’ and fill out the information required.

Activate your account with ‘VERIFY EMAIL’ button in the email sent by Hotlunch.

Sign in to your new account and click on the ‘CHILDREN’ tab, to your right

Go to ‘ADD CHILD’ and use the campus code ‘SAES’.

Make sure to select the grade and classroom/division.

You are ready to order. Menus are set up monthly and you can make your order for the full month or one day at a time. Menus close at 8:00 AM the day of lunch service.

APP

This is a trial experience with School Eatery. If it goes well, it is likely we will be able to offer this service to our families for the duration of next school year. And please don’t worry about losing pizza day: should we move forward with School Eatery next year, we will continue to offer pizza on Friday and families will use the same online system to order. There will be only one form to handle all lunch orders.

For Friday Pizza Orders Only!!! See below
- From Hot Lunch Online select the “Order Meals” tab.
- Select your student from the drop-down menu.
- Select your meals by clicking the meal selection you want. A complete description is displayed on the left side of calendar.
- Under “Bulk Cart Actions” you may add all similar actions. For example if you select lunch you can add it everyday with one click. You can order for multiple students and multiple months at one time. HINT: If you hold CTRL button when you click on menu choices they will be added automatically to your cart.
- After making your selections, click the “checkout” button in the lower right hand corner of the page.
- Review your order to make sure it reflects what you want. If you want to change your order, click the “Change order” button.
- Complete the order and click “Pay Now” in the bottom left hand corner of the page.
- Pay with a credit card or log into your PayPal account. After you enter all of your information click “Review Order and Continue.”
- Even if you do not have a PayPal account your order will still be processed using PayPal’s secure payment site.
- Please review your order. If everything appears correct click “Pay $x.xx Now” to complete your purchase.
- After you have completed your order, please return to your account to verify your order has been placed correctly.
- Go to the “History” tab to view your order. You can select list view, calendar view, or export your order to your Outlook or Google Calendar for easy access.
