Athletics
Heron Athletics at Saint Anne’s Episcopal School views interscholastic competition as integral to the holistic education of every student. Our program fosters connections academically, socially, emotionally, and physically through meticulous preparation and season-long planning. We offer enriching opportunities for all student-athletes, emphasizing skill development through personalized instruction, peer interaction, and competitive experiences in both team and individual sports. Our goal is to meet each student-athlete at their unique skill level, providing a challenging environment that nurtures self-esteem, self-confidence, and lifelong skills essential for success. While victory is pursued in athletic competition, we measure success not only by wins, but by guiding both teams and individuals to achieve their maximum potential. We prioritize the development of each student-athlete through competition, promoting values of respect, teamwork, resilience, strong work ethic, and preparedness. Together, we take pride in being Heron strong!
