Every week offers new adventures and there is something for everyone.
Campers can look forward to diverse activities and boundless fun. Campers will care for our camp pets, create art, sing songs, make friends and explore our campus.

Cancellations and Changes
To make changes to your child’s summer camp choices we ask that you do so before the 15th of the month before each session. Camps will fill up fast. Changes will be made if spots are available.

A $50 deposit is due at the time of registration.

Photo Release
By checking yes for photo release during registration, you are giving St. Anne’s School and Camp the right to use any photos/videos of your child and your child’s artwork to support our mission and advancement. This is not a guarantee that photos/videos will be taken of the children everyday.
Inherent Risk
By checking yes by inherent risk during registration, you understand camp, like other outdoor activities, comes with inherent risks—dangers can arise from encountering uneven terrain, natural bodies of water, features of nature such as tree stumps, roots or other elements of the natural world.
Emergency Treatment and Transportation
In case of emergency, I give permission for this child to receive first aid and to be transported to the nearest hospital by professional personnel. I understand I will be financially responsible for the cost of such treatment.
What to bring/ what not to bring to camp?
What to bring in your backpack for camp everyday
***Label all items with your child’s full name.***

- Bathing suit and towel

- Sunscreen - staff will help campers to reapply at snack and lunch.
- Insect spray
- LUNCH and a snack: Food cannot be heated on campus
- An extra change of clothes
- Water shoes that stay on completely when submerged in water
What not to bring to camp
Do not send electronics, toys, jewelry, money, animals or anything that can harm another person. We are not responsible for any stolen, damaged or broken items.
What to wear
Dress in casual, comfortable play clothes. Clothing may get wet, stinky, and muddy.
Closed toe shoes.
NO flip flops, sandals, crocs or other shoes that could easily slip off while running or climbing.
Medication
Parents/guardians must bring medication to the Camp Director or Health Director upon arrival. Medication must be in the original container. Parents/guardians must fill out a medication form. ONLY send in 1 week’s supply of medication. For example, if the dose is daily only send 5 pills.
For the safety of all children, please do not leave any medication in the children’s bags. Please see the Family Summer Camp Policies Guide for more information on medication.
Sunscreen and Bug Repellent
Please put sunscreen on your camper before camp. Staff will remind and encourage campers to reapply after lunch and after any water play. Campers in Little Explorers group MUST have a MAR in order for camp staff to apply sunscreen and bug repellent. Campers in Traditional and Specialty Camps must be able to apply their own sunscreen.
Lost and found
Left items will be collected daily. Items that have not been claimed will be saved for one camp session. After a one-week session, unclaimed items will be donated to homeless or animal shelters. Please write your camper's name on all belongings.

Camp staff are chosen based on their teamwork skills, enthusiasm and attitude. Each staff member is required to attend or view online training topics that include but are not limited to:

Required Paperwork
The required paperwork and documentation is essential to maintaining the health and safety of all of our campers. If ALL paperwork and documentation are not completed prior to the child’s first day of camp, they will not be permitted to attend camp until all paperwork is completed and submitted on Camp Brain and to the Camp Director. No refunds or partial refunds will be given.
Little Explorers
- Camper Information Form to be completed on Camp Brain.
- Medical Form to be completed on Camp Brain.
- A complete Physical/Health Appraisal from within the last year, must be dated between August 8th, 2024 and the first day of camp, uploaded to Camp Brain
- Most current Immunization Record, uploaded to Camp Brain or a notarized religious or medical exemption from immunizations.
- Proof of Blood Lead (Pb) Screening at 12 months of age and 24 months of age or a document signed by the parent or guardian stating that the Blood Lead Screening is against their religious beliefs, uploaded to Camp Brain.

SAES Traditional Camp
SAES Traditional Camp. Completed K – 8th grade

Hours: 8:30 am– 3:30 pm
Fee: $370 wk.
$50 Fee Per Week for after care: 3:30 pm-5:30 pm
Our traditional camp includes Explorer (completed K-1st grade) , Adventurer (completed 2nd-3rd grade) Voyager (completed 4th -5th), and Rangers (completed 6th -8th). Traditional camp provides a variety of experiences tied together in weekly themes and St. Anne’s Traditions. Activities include arts and crafts, nature exploration, field games and more.

Join us for an exciting half-day field hockey summer camp for 4th to 8th graders! This camp is perfect for players of all skill levels, whether just starting or looking to sharpen your game. Led by Coach Defino and former players, participants will learn the fundamentals of field hockey, improve their skills, and enjoy fun, competitive games. Our camp focuses on building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game in a supportive and energetic environment. Coach Greg provides a fun and exciting Chess experience for students who have completed 1st grade through 8th grade. Come play and learn Chess with the Pennsylvania and Delaware Scholastics Chess Champions in our half-day Chess Camp! Payers will be taught on three levels:
Beginners: Learn the rules and moves to become a competitive player.
Novice: Learn the techniques of developing your pieces, controlling the center, creating weaknesses, storming the enemy king's position, and analyzing tactical positions.
Intermediate: Learn different openings, study critial engames, analyze complex middle game positions

Basketball camp is a half-day camp for children who have completed 1st grade through those who have completed 6th grade. Basketball camp is run by Coach Rob, a seasoned college basketball player, coach and father, who is dedicated to empowering children both on the court and off. His experience and connections to real NBA players, coaches and stars will have the children feeling inspired and excited to play basketball when they meet real industry professionals either in person or via Zoom. Coach Rob’s unique approach to basketball focuses on the player’s self worth as well as their skill. He will empower our campers to be the best version of themselves while having a blast on the court.

Session 4 July 14th - July 18th
Students entering 3rd-6th grade
Join us for a fun and creative one-week, half-day art summer camp designed for students entering 3rd-6th grade! Each day, campers will explore a new artistic medium, including drawing, painting, sculpture with modeling clay, printmaking, and collage. Projects will range from vibrant oil pastel drawings to unique prints made with surprising materials like shaving cream. On the final day, students will create a personalized, one-of-a-kind cover for their very own sketchbook. They’ll take home their sketchbooks, filled with blank pages, ready to inspire countless artistic adventures all summer long! This camp is perfect for budding artists eager to experiment, create, and have fun

Cooking camp is sure to bring the heat this summer! According to the famous Disney movie Ratatouille, "Anyone can cook" and your child can too! Each day they'll learn to create a new meal that they can cook for you at home. At the end of the week, they'll have a recipe book of their own with all of their fabulous creations. You won’t be able to get them out of the kitchen after our fun and interactive Cooking Camp. Students who love to work with their hands will love cooking and using their creativity to experiment with food. They’ll be cooking meals for the whole family in no time!

Join us for a perfect serving of our Volleyball Skills Camp, designed for players who have completed 4th grade through 8th grade of entry/ moderate levels looking to learn and elevate their game! Whether you're a beginner aiming to learn the basics or have some experience and want to refine your technique, this camp offers something for everyone. Over the course of the week, participants will receive instruction in all aspects of the game, including serving, passing and setting.
Each day will feature skill-building drills, team strategies, and fun competitive games, all tailored to improve individual performance and foster teamwork. Each day will end in a Girl Power activity formulated to boost self esteem and bond between campers. Our coach will provide personalized feedback and ensure each athlete gets the attention they need to progress.

Open to all students going into grades 3 - 8. Join The St. Anne’s Heron Stagecrafters for a fun and action-packed week of acting, singing, and stage tech! No experience necessary to participate as an actor, vocalist, or stagehand. We will cover many aspects of the theater arts by starting the week with the casting of some short one-act plays while simultaneously building the sets, organizing costumes, props, as well as setting up the staging, lighting and sound. The week will culminate in a showcase performance on Friday, August 8.
It will be an exciting week of exploring the theater arts with young artists while finding our voices on stage and behind!

St Anne’s camp has partnered with Sultana Education Foundation in Chestertown, MD.
Sultana’s staff bring enthusiasm, training and experience to Kayak Camp. The campers will be tested and pushed outside of their comfort zone; where true learning and growth is felt and achieved. This group will pick up the campers in vans and pull their trailer of equipment to water ways, protected marshes and creeks. Campers will wear coast guard approved personal flotation devices.

This trip is perfect for campers looking to make a transition from day to overnight experiences on the Chesapeake Bay! Participants will spend their days on the Chesapeake Bay kayaking, fishing, swimming, and exploring, and spend their evenings camping, playing games, and hanging around the campfire in wooded settings. Our experienced staff provide individualized instruction on safety, paddling skills, and support for first-time campers. Previous experience not required. Meals are provided. Minimum registration- 8 campers.
