Dear Friend of St. Anne's:

My name is Ruhan Patel, I am currently a sophomore in high school, and was in the graduating class of 2020 at St. Anne’s. In the 10 years that I spent at St. Anne,s, I was given so much. Along with achieving a great academic foundation in my classes, I was also provided with opportunities to understand the world around me and my role in it. From an early age, I was able to understand the value of community service, and keeping the environment healthy. I was also provided with amazing friendships throughout my time at St. Anne’s. These friendships were able to help me get through one of the toughest times of our lives; the COVID-19 pandemic. Coming from a student's perspective, online learning was a very hard experience. Sitting on a computer all day, and not being able to interact with classmates took a toll on many kids throughout the world. I was so proud to hear that St. Anne’s could rise to the challenge and stay open full time and provide the best experience possible for the students, something many other schools could not live up to. I was lucky enough to be able to attend St. Anne’s and to be a part of this amazing community, and I want other people to be able to experience it as well. So I hope you will join me in attending the Heron Pride 5k on September 25th.

Sincerely,

Ruhan Patel
