The 2023-2024 school calendar can be found here. As a reminder, we will have a new start and end time this year.  All students will start at 8:30am (unless enrolled in before care which starts at 7:30am).  Full day students will end at 3:30pm and half day students will end at 1:00pm.  Also, the first Thursday of every month will be a “Late Start Day” where the school day will start at 10:00am and end at 3:30pm.

Arrival/Dismissal Procedures

We need your health forms and emergency cards as soon as possible. Find out all the details in our VERY thorough health and wellness page here. If you have any questions, please email our Director of Health Services, Michael Phillips, at healthoffice@saintannesschool.org.  IMPORTANT:  Every child MUST have an updated Emergency Card on file prior to the first day of school. You can submit your forms through our website.

All information can be found here.  You can purchase gym uniforms, clothing (Tommy Hilfiger is our official online school store) and "merch" through our online spirit wear store. The merch store wills stay open until August 6th. Delivery is 2-4 weeks from the day the store closes. 

During the week of August 7-11, tables will be set up in the dining room with gently used uniforms for all ages.  You can stop in to peruse the options anytime that week from 9am-3pm. Please drop off donations in the Main Vestibule anytime between 9am-3pm prior to August 4th. 

We are implementing a new and improved student information system (VERACROSS!) this year and will be sending more details and your unique login information in the coming weeks. This will be a “one-stop shop” where you will be able to access your child’s report cards, your billing information, the all school calendar and more.

Our facilities team has also been busy sprucing up our campus! We have upgraded our indoor HVAC systems by installing 15 new units throughout the building. These new energy-efficient units provide better filtration, ventilation, circulation and are less noisy. We have also installed eco-friendly lighting throughout the building and our outdoor classrooms are coming together nicely in anticipation for some outdoor learning this year!

Lunch will be served daily by Ms. Sandra.  You can set up an account for HotLunchOnline to view menus and place your orders. Please remember not to pack items that contain peanuts or tree nuts.

The number one question families have is, “What class will my child be in next year?”  Well, the wait is almost over; look for information regarding your child(ren)'s teacher/advisor and classmates to arrive via email in mid-August.
