A Word from the Athletic Director

The mission of the St. Anne’s Interscholastic Sports Program is identical to that of the school: to enhance the intellectual, spiritual, physical, and social growth of our students. The goals of the interscholastic sports program at St. Anne's are to introduce students to a variety of team sports, to expose students to new athletic challenges and to introduce students to inter-scholastic experience and competition. In addition to skill development as a basic component of sports at SAES, coaches teach and promote sportsmanship for self, teammates, and opponents,  as well as respect and responsibility.

Fall sports start soon. In order to practice or participate in games, an athlete must have a current DIAA Physical Form on file.  These forms must be completed prior to the first practice.   DIAA physicals completed after April 1st, 2019 are good for the subsequent school year, which includes Fall, Winter, and Spring Sports.

Please click on the DIAA Sports Physical Form to access and print the form. Also, check out the latest concussion information by clicking on the CDC Concussion link.

Mandatory for Parents:

Concussion Awareness for Parents& Students- Delaware law and DIAA regulation require concussion awareness for parents and students. The current PPE includes a concussion fact sheet and sign off section on PAGE 6
