Help beautify the Warriors Helping Warriors House in Middletown, DE.

St. Anne’s alumna, Anastasia Clair (Class of 2018) has taken on a service project as part of the Children of the American Revolution organization, where she is the president.

Please watch this video or read below to learn more about Anastasia and her project. St. Anne’s will be placing collection boxes for plastic grocery bags, cereal bags, bread, bags, newspaper bags, plastic shipping envelopes, Ziplock bags, bubble wrap and case overwrap/shrinkwrap in the Middle and Lower School lobbies.

My name is Anastasia Clair, and I am a Saint Anne’s alumna of the class of 2018. I am currently the President of the Delaware State Society, Children of the American Revolution.

This year’s State C.A.R. project will consist of installing a Butterfly Garden for Warriors Helping Warriors at the Brian Conley Veterans Center, in Middletown, Delaware. A focal point of the garden will be a bench made out of recycled materials. Trex is a company that will take plastic bags and recycle them to build benches. Over the next six months, the Delaware C.A.R. will be collecting plastic bags throughout the state to complete the 500lb requirement in order to obtain a free bench made of recycled materials.  I would like to ask for your help. Please save your clean bags and bring them to help us reach our goal. The following may be used: grocery bags, bread bags, zip lock, and food storage bags, newspaper bags, cereal bags, produce bags and more. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Go Herons!
